The Coordinator is a key figure in group travel who takes care of logistics to ensure everyone has an unforgettable journey.
They manage the itinerary, propose various activity options, handle transportation bookings, and offer support in unfamiliar environments. Traveling with a coordinator provides greater freedom and an extra touch of adventure, while also ensuring safety and local expertise.
Once the trip is confirmed, the Travel Coordinator will create a WhatsApp group where you can ask any pre-departure questions and get to know your fellow travelers. With the Travel Coordinator by your side, you can have a trip that feels like traveling with friends while still having the assurance that someone knows the destination, the route, and can navigate the local environment.
Next to tour departure dates you will see icons with a tagged status. Find out what they mean below:
- Planned: The trip is scheduled, but it hasn’t yet reached the minimum number of travelers to be confirmed.
- Almost confirmed: We only need a couple more bookings for the trip to be confirmed.
- Confirmed: We are good to go! You can book your flights now.
- Almost full: The trip is almost sold out, hurry up to get your spot!
- Fully booked: The trip is sold out, we cannot accept more travelers. You can sign up to the waiting list in case someone needs to cancel.
We update our website daily to keep you informed about the status of each trip.
On the trip page, you can easily find the current status of the trip: planned', 'almost confirmed', 'confirmed', 'almost full', and ‘fully booked'.
If you have purchased a trip that is labeled as planned or 'almost confirmed', you will receive an email notification once it is officially confirmed.
The rooms in our selected accommodations are double (twin) rooms. You will be sharing room with another traveler from your travel group, and always of the same sex as you. If you are traveling with someone you know and would like to stay in the same room, let us know and we will pair you together.
When booking your trip, there is usually the possibility to secure an individual private room for an additional supplement.
In the trip description you can find an indication of the hotel where we will likely be staying, but we might need to stay in a different hotel due to availability constraints - but always of similar features and quality standards. You will usually be informed of the exact confirmed hotels 1 month before your trip starts.

Usually, it includes: accommodation, internal transport (both land, water and flights), 24/7 Coordinator support, on some itineraries we offer all breakfasts, and different excursions.
The payment first payment to secure your booking is only the deposit amount indicated in the trip.
The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the start of the trip (we will send you a reminder). You can also pay your full balance at any time by following the payment link found in your booking confirmation email.

If you book a trip and it does not reach the minimum number of travelers required, you can choose to join a different trip or to get a full reimbursement. We guarantee refunds in 14 days if your trip has to be cancelled.
When booking your trip, you can choose to purchase our Flexible Cancellation Option, which allows you to cancel your trip at no cost and for any reason up to 31 days prior to your trip departure (up to 61 days if the trip is already confirmed). In that case we will reimburse 100% of the trip cost, except for the Flexible Cancellation Option fee. You can find all the details of our Cancellation Policy here.
If you would like to have even more flexibility and have full peace of mind, we also offer an insurance with cancellation coverage (which would provide you with a refund of the expenses you have incurred in the case where you need to cancel the trip).

We have three different groups of ages, 25-35, 35-45 and 45+. On our website, you can find the range age for any tour. If a tour doesn't have an age range, you are likely the first to book and will define the age grouping of the tour!

Of course! During our booking process you can enter the number of participants for the trip. If you want to book for other people as well, you will also need to enter their details and then proceed with the total payment.

Flights to and from your start and end destination are not included in the cost of the tour. That way, you can choose your favourite airline, departure airport, and arrival time.
A lot of travellers prefer to arrive a few days before the tour start date, or leave a couple of days after the end of the tour. This gives you total control and flexibility!
On the other hand, all internal flights that we need to take as part of the tour itinerary, those are included in the price.
We advise you to purchase your flight ticket only when the trip is in the 'confirmed' status. However, if you wish to purchase them before, please consider getting flexible tickets with free cancelation or purchasing a trip cancellation insurance (we offer that option when you book your trip).
If you have signed up for a trip that is not yet confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation when the trip is officially confirmed.
We advise arriving around 5pm local time for all tours to ensure you make it toyour welcome dinner and welcome meeting, so you can start getting to know your travel companions.
If flights don’t work, you can always arrive a day early and have a chill day to yourself before the tour starts.
After your booking, we will ask you to send us a copy of your passport (PDF or just a picture), so we can book local transfers and accommodation. In the event that you don’t still have a passport, you can send us a copy of your ID.
We advise you check the local Government website of your country for travel advice as well as your destination country's travel advice.
Depending on the origin ofyour passport, you may need a visa. If you have doubts, contact us for support.
